This measurement, performed at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory Radiochemical Engineering Development Center, used the PHDS GeGI to monitor a radioisotope separation in real time. The imager tracked Ra-225 at 40 keV and Ac-225 at 99.8 keV over successive five, ten, and fifteen minute intervals, and resolved decay daughters including Fr-221 (218 keV), Bi-213 (440 keV), and Tl-209 (465 keV) on the collection carousel by gamma energy. It demonstrates spatially resolved, time-resolved tracking of a radiochemical separation, the application now addressed by the PHDS NP Imager.
