This DOE Phase I final report (grant DE-SC0013734) developed spectral and spatial algorithms to improve image quality and efficiency of the GeGI-DNN for low-activity, count-starved special nuclear material measurements. The work improved pinhole imaging efficiency, added a statistical treatment of the Compton image, and implemented quantitative image analysis for both pinhole and Compton modes. Software updates added N42.42 spectrum export, a GADRAS-defined detector response, and reachback. Measurements were taken at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and at the IAEA gamma imaging workshop in Seibersdorf, Austria.
